We have had a very busy week! We joined lots of other boys and girls around the world by taking part in World Nursery Rhyme Week 2022. Our challenge was to learn a new rhyme every day. On Monday we had The Big Ship Sails. Our activity was to see if we could sort different sized ships from biggest to smallest. On Tuesday we did 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. We created our own beautiful fish. On Wednesday it was Five Little Speckled Frogs. We were on a rescue mission to save all the frogs that had got stuck in the swamp! We had to make sure we got them all cleaned up too! On Thursday we sang B.I.N.G.O. We loved playing with some doggies and colouring in our own Bingo dog. We finished off the week by singing Twinkle Twinkle. We got to ice and decorate our own star cookie to take home as a wee treat. We performed all of our rhymes for Mr Gilchrist at the end of the week. He was very impressed with all our hard work! We got special certificates for taking part too!
