World Mental Health Day
Today, Friday 10th October 2025 is dedicated World Mental Health Day. We encourage you all to pause to reflect on the importance of mental wellbeing—for ourselves, our pupils, and our wider community.
On this day we are proud to celebrate the incredible work of the Our Generation school project, which continues to make a meaningful impact in supporting young people’s mental health and emotional resilience. They are currently involved with our Primary 6 class and will be working with our Primary 7 class later in the year. Through workshops, conversations, and creative engagement, this initiative helps build a culture of openness, understanding, and support.
A special thank you to Stevie, course facilitator, whose dedication and presence in our school have made a real difference. Your compassion, energy, and commitment to our pupils’ wellbeing are deeply appreciated.
We are also proud that our school was chosen to help showcase the many benefits of this programme and we encourage you to follow to link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Opis6omRxJw to learn a little more about what the programme involves.
Let’s keep the conversation going.
Let’s keep supporting each other.
Let’s keep growing together.
