Our whole school went Maths Day crazy today with all classes completing a series of maths investigations, puzzles and on-line challenges. From the pictures taken it is very obvious the amount of fun learning all pupils were engaged in.
Our P4/5/6/7 classes had lots of fun on ‘Live Maths’. We also acknowledged the hard work of our Mathletics Gold Certificate winners with our ‘St. Mary’s Top Maths Team!’ As well as all the hardworking boys and girls Cai Fitzsimons is also a Gold Certificate winner but was absent for the photograph. Good luck to all Mathletics Mathematicians in KS2 and our Problems Solvers in Foundation and KS1 with their maths homework tonight and for the rest of the year.
