It is great to see everyone settling back into school and a reminder that school will operate as normal all of this week with P2/3 pupils finishing at 2.00pm and P4/5/6/7 at 3.00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and at 1.45pm for P2/3 and 2.00pm for P4/5/6/7 on Friday. I have attached a copy of this week's Parents Newsletter which will cotinue to issue each week on the school website.
Our School Dinner and Snack options are operating as normal and pupils from P3/4/5/6/7 can use the snack option for their morning break. A copy of the menu is attached below in our weekly school newsletter.
You will find a number of letters and pieces of correspondence being sent home with your child today. Please complete all relevant information and return to school as soon as possible. A copy of these letters is also attached below and will be available on the school website in the letters section.
It has also been brought to our attention that many people have been experiencing difficulties making contact with the school using our telephone system. We are aware of this issue and have been trying to get the issue resolved over the summer period. Unfortunately, our telephone line is still experiencing problems and we have engineers visiting our school later in the week. Hopefully this will be be resolved very soon. If you need to contact the school, we advise that you do so via email at info@stmarysps.portaferry.ni.sch.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
