Happy birthday to Mikey in Primary 5 who turns 9 today. I know MIkey you would have loved for us all to sing you a Happy Birthday at school today but we’ll do the next best thing and wish it to from our web site. I know you had a good day and keep up the great work – your mum tells me you are working very hard! Chris (P2) visited the school to place his ribbon on the railings. He also tells me how much he is missing all of his friends and he can’t wait to see them all again soon. Finally for today Alice (P4) as part of her World Around Us topic is learning all about the works of local artist Dawn Crothers. For her birthday on Sunday her God Mother got her an artist pack and it will certainly keep her amused, relaxed and happy doing her own artwork. As a special surprise, inside the card was a personal note from Dawn Crothers to Alice encouraging her to keep drawing. I know you will continue to do this Alice and maybe you could share some of your drawings with us over the next few weeks
