We have been getting ready for Saint Patrick’s Day in Nursery. We decorated some special shamrocks. We also made shamrock print pictures. We listened to the story of Saint Patrick and coloured in pictures of this special Saint. One of our new action songs is The Hunt for the Golden Shamrock, which we love! We also had a ‘Green Day’ in school were we all came to school in our own clothes with a splash of green. There was lots of excitement when a ‘real life shamrock village’ was discovered by Liam in the grass of our outdoor area! How lucky are we! Happy Saint Patrick’s Day from all of us in Nursery!
