Social Work Primary Care MDT and Carers Support Service

The Social Work Primary Care MDT and Carers Support Service are running a free wellbeing event for carers on 20.03.24 in Portavogie Community Centre.

The event will have:

-carer information

-skin health checks and information from Cancer Focus NI  

-arts workshop

-presentations on self-care topics

-complimentary tea/coffee and light lunch will be provided
