Today we made a snowstorm in a jar. The children loved it and it was very simple to do. They have asked me to put the instructions on the website so that they can do it themselves at home!
First we poured lots of baby oil into a glass.
Then we mixed a squirt of white paint with water in a cup and poured it in.
Next we sprinkled some glitter in.
Finally we added little bits of an alka seltzer tablet and watched the result!
