Every month in Nursery, we focus on a different shape. This month we are looking at the oval shape. It ties in well with Easter. We did some pictures for our wall using oval shaped cookie cutters and paint. We used paint sticks to decorate some beautiful Easter Eggs to take home. We turned into detectives and went on the hunt for this shape! We looked everywhere. We found some oval shapes in our classroom. We searched at home too! We brought some things in to Nursery to show all our friends. We took photos of everything we found. We put all the pictures on our board outside. We were very proud of our Oval Collection! We were rewarded with some Easter treats for all our hard work and there were even some little oval shaped chocolate eggs for us all to enjoy!
