This plan is more than a set of objectives; it is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to every child in our school. It outlines how we will continue to raise standards, nurture wellbeing, and ensure that all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential and let their light shine.
The development of this plan has been a collaborative effort. We are grateful to our staff, governors, pupils, and parents for their valuable insights and contributions. Their voices have helped shape a plan that is both ambitious and grounded in the realities of our school context.
