Today our school is taking part in Safer Internet Day 2022 under the theme of ‘exploring respect and relationships online.' In school pupils will be taking part in discussions and activities based around this theme.
Also to coincide with Safer Internet day we are delighted to invite you to download our new Safer Schools NI App, provided to our school by the Department of Education and INEQE Safeguarding Group. This app is designed to provide up to date information and guidance to help educate and empower all within our schooling community about the digital world we live in. An information letter and powerpoint presentation is attached for your information. Also follow the link https://vimeo.com/648966447 for an explanation video. This app will be used to disseminate important information regarding child protection and safeguarding. We do not intend using it for general school messages. This will continue to be done through our school website and our Schools NI app.
