We loved having Louise and Grace visit us today ahead of the Belfast Marathon. The excitement was high as we caught a glimpse of the routine of our Marathon Relay Runners. Louise took us out for a warm up and a run. We cheered and had a great chat about the need for a warm up, cool down, food and nutrition and various other great questions. It was lovely to see and feel the excitement of our children as well of that of our Superstar Relay runners!!
