The boys and girls have settled back well into their second term. During our first week back, we were busy across all areas. In Numeracy, we explored line types and the addition of 4- digit numbers. Mr Smyth was very impressed with the presentation in our books. Some pupils have also been using the Dynamo Maths program to support them with their learning. In Literacy, we created diary entries linked to our class novel Mr Skip. They had the opportunity to ‘Peer assess’ their work and offer one improvement to their partner’s work. The boys and girls as part of their word processing task typed up their diary entries using Microsoft 365. As part of our ‘Games’ focus the children really enjoyed playing dodgeball.
