Mr Smyth was very impressed with how quickly the boys and girls were able to recognise and categorise a range of angles to include acute angle, obtuse, right and a straight line. To help and consolidate their knowledge of angles, the children created their own angle types with lollipop sticks. They used their estimation skills to identify the angle size that they created. Finally, we took our learning outdoors and found so many angle types. Lots of fun and exciting learning in P5!
