Today we were very lucky to have a visit from Constable Meghan and Constable Stephanie from the Neighbourhood Police Team. They talked to us about how they can help us if we get lost. They were very impressed with all the information the boys and girls already had on the police. They answered any questions we had. We found out that the blue light goes on if they have to drive fast. They told us about all the different pieces of equipment they carry each day. We got to hold real handcuffs and thought they felt heavy and cold. We got to go outside and see the police car and we even got to go inside it which was really exciting! We loved seeing the blue lights. Meghan and Stephanie were so impressed with our boys and girls that they left them special stickers. We really enjoyed their visit today!
