This week, the boys and girls of Primary Five have been working hard learning about various poetic devices such as adjectives, rhyming words and similes. Mr Smyth was very impressed with their detailed descriptions of Autumn in their Autumn acrostic poem. We are looking forward to our outdoor Literacy lessons, using our senses to record Autumn descriptions for our verse poem. Another great week of work!
