What a busy morning we had! Vikki from Plant and Play came to visit us today! We started off by listening to a story about Norman the Slug. He really wanted a shell to be like the snails. After the story, we coloured in our very own Norman and made him his own shell. Vikki showed us some snails she brought with her. One of them was so tiny it could hardly hold its shell! We also saw a wood louse, some millipedes and a caterpillar. We went on a mini beast hunt around nursery. Vikki said we could hold one of the snails if we wanted to. We had to be so gentle with it. We also planted some chive seeds to take home. We really enjoyed our workshop today. Huge thanks to Vikki for a fantastic morning in Nursery!
