On Friday, we were very lucky to have a visit from Vikki with her Plant and Play Workshop. We started off by listening to a story about Norman the Slug. We then got to colour in our own Norman. Vikki had some herbs for us to smell. Some of us like them, others were not fussed. Some of the suggestions for mint were that it smelt like carrots or broccoli! Our next job was to plant some French Bean seeds. We took these home and promised Vikki we would look after them. We then went on a mini beast hunt around nursery and we found lots of little creatures! We had a great morning with Vikki and finished it off with a picnic in the sun for snack time!
