Today in class P6 used reading comprehension cubes to help generate discussion about the text we read.
Children took turns rolling the dice, reading the prompt and discussing possible outcomes, reasons, or predictions based on the prompt they landed on. They then recorded some of their ideas before feeding back to the rest of the class.
This was a highly interactive lesson that enabled children to develop essential speaking and listening skills while applying and strengthening their comprehension skills. Well done P6.
