P6 Educational Visit to the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum
Last week, as part of our Shared Education programme, our P6 pupils enjoyed an educational visit to the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum. The children had a fantastic time exploring the historic buildings and listening to stories about what life was like for people living during that period.
A highlight of the day was working in an original Victorian-era school building, which was relocated from Ballycastle. The pupils even recreated a historic photograph from the Victorian era, standing under the very same window where the original image was taken.
The children thoroughly enjoyed their day and found the experience both engaging and informative, bringing history to life in a memorable and meaningful way.
