The boys and girls in P4 have been organising, reading, drawing, writing, problem solving and praying this week indoors, outdoors and in the chapel. They have been continuing with marvellous Mathletics at home and in school. They are loving working through their tasks and topics as well as having fun investigating all the apps within the Mathletics program. They really enjoyed using the Poppits to help with Maths work too. Accelerated Reader has proven popular this week too with many logging on independently in school to access their quizzes which will undoubtedly improve comprehension skills. The boys and girls certainly continue to enjoy some ‘Chill out Reading Time’ each day. As May is the ‘Month of Mary’ they have learned about The Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary. Everyone is so looking forward to their very special First Holy Communion Day on Saturday. The boys and girls have learned all their prayers, responses, readings and hymns so well that we know that it will be a lovely day. A big ‘Thank you’ to everyone who has helped in all the preparations for this special day from everyone in P4.
