Primary Four completed their ‘Skip-a-thon for Trocaire’ today. The boys and girls had a fantastic time as they skipped forwards and backwards using two feet jumping together and then with alternate feet. The simple activity of skipping is so beneficial to young children as it improves coordination, balance and overall fitness levels. Some of the children even skipped up to the 500s which is an achievement in itself alongside all their donations to Trocaire. Well done everyone!🌟
