Primary Four had a very busy day of inclusive, active learning at St. Patrick’s Community Centre today. They met lots of new friends from their partner schools, took part in a ‘Getting to Know You’ PDMU activity, an art lesson based on the ferry boat and Portaferry’s shoreline, a STEM workshop where they tried to create the tallest towers together as well as a musical afternoon based on playing the drums and the bagpipes. They ended the day by exchanging penpal letters. Mrs O’Neill, Shena and Fiona were so proud of everyone and look forward to their next Shared Education experience.
