Primary Four have been trying so hard to become more independent learners. They have been using the ‘RUCSAC’ strategy to Read, Understand, Choose, Solve, Answer and Check their work for Maths and English. Lots of learning and fun has been taking place on Mathletics at home and in school so well done to everyone and please keep up all the great work by logging into your tasks, quests and ‘Live Maths’ sections. We are so delighted with all the progress in so many areas.
Outdoor learning and WAU has taken the form of checking for signs of summer with beautiful blossoms from our fruit trees and lots of bug and insect hunts in our outdoor garden area. Again, The Daily Mile has been a great success with all the lovely sunshine and we were able to complete our May Religion topic with lovely prayers to Mary, the patron saint of our school.
