P4 have been learning all about ‘Magnificent Minibeasts’ this month. They went on a great minibeast hunt around the school grounds, researched minibeasts on the internet and in their library books, completed wonderful artwork inspired by the illustrator Nick Sharatt and local artist Dawn Crothers. They also read, discussed and completed lots of factual comprehensions based on a range of minibeasts. Finally, they enjoyed a craft activity as they made colourful minibeast masks.
