Primary Four had an exciting, eventful week with the whole school trip to the Pinocchio pantomime, followed by their analysis of the Pinocchio programme; favourite characters, staging and discussion of the music as well as many chats as to why The Grand Opera House is such a very special venue.
They continued with their new Multiplication topic for Maths backed up by plenty of revision work on Mathletics and our online Dynamo Maths resources.
Independent comprehension continued with poetry based on creatures by Eric Slater and Robert Louis Stevenson.
The children were delighted to read and share their Shared Education penpal letters which they received recently too.
Finally, during ‘Grow in Love’, they learned about David and Goliath.
