In Term 1 Primary 3 participated in a competition to design and name a monster. We all waited patiently to hear if we were a lucky winner of the competition and for a long time no news came.
Then one gloomy, wet, winter's day in Term 2 Primary 3 and Miss O'Hanlon received an unexpected parcel. The parcel contained a letter for Miss O'Hanlon to read aloud.
It congratulated all of the boys and girls on their creative designs and invited us to have our work published in a book. The excitement was real and at the beginning of Term 3 we were sent our very own copy of the book with lots of our work in it.
A huge congratulations children. It's always a brilliant day when your work and creativity is shared, we are very proud of you all. 🎨🖌📖
