Primary Three had a very special visitor in their classroom today. Mrs O’Neill went down to launch Mathletics with them. The boys and girls were very excited and loved looking and taking part in the program on the big board. Miss O’Hanlon was also super impressed with the content of Mathletics and the skills of the class. A letter about Mathletics will be sent home explaining all to the P3 parents. Attached to it will be each child’s username and password. Over the next few weeks, the children will use it in school and we ask parents to help their child to access and explore it at home too. Mathletics is an award winning, secure online learning tool. We have subscribed to it for all our P3-P7 pupils. It is paid for by the school. In subscribing to it, the school also donates to the UNICEF charity. We hope you enjoy it!
