P2 celebrated World Earth Day by exploring the beauty of our wonderful world. We explored the vastness of our world using globes and maps and saw how lucky we are to have jungles, deserts, Arctic regions, grasslands, oceans and so much more. Plants and animals thrive in these places and are so diverse. But P2 know that we have to protect our planet and we discussed how to do this. We must all remember to recycle, save water and energy and lift litter for many good reasons. St Mary’s Eco Council are great ambassadors for this and our representatives in P2 Rhea and Conor, remind us about our responsibilities.
