We were delighted today to go outside and plant some of the bulbs that John brought in. The visitors from Blossom and Bloom told us that because it was a bulb, the plant would grow every year. We talked about what plants need to grow and then we used the trowels to plant the tulip bulb. We have put them on our windowsill so that they get lots of sunshine (hopefully) to start growing over the Easter holidays. When they start to sprout we will plant them in bigger pots in the school grounds to make our school look more beautiful. Thank you to all the mums and dads who sent in flowers, seeds and bulbs to school.
