Today some lovely ladies from Portaferry in Bloom came to school and helped us plant a sunflower seed in a biodegradable pot. They told us how the pot will rot in the ground and how it is good to use recycled materials like this. They also gave each of us our very own sunflower 🌻 to take home and look after! We hope they will grow as tall as the sky!!
