P1 Were Truly "Caught Reading" on World Book Day!
Our P1 learners had a fantastic World Book Day filled with imagination, laughter, and—of course—lots of reading! This year, the children were “caught” enjoying their favourite stories, dressed as beloved characters from books, comics, and films. They were apprehended and put safely behind bars. To tell the truth, most of them didn't want to be released!
From explorers and superheroes to magical royalty and adventurous cowboys, everyone settled down to share a story and show just how much reading is loved in P1. It was wonderful to see the children chatting about their books, discovering new ones, and proudly showing off their costumes.
World Book Day is all about celebrating the joy of reading, and P1 definitely brought that joy to life! Well done to all our enthusiastic readers—you’ve been officially caught in the act!
