As part of our Autumn topic, after reading the story of the Little Red Hen yesterday, we decided to make some bread. We gathered our ingredients and equipment and talked about everything we needed. Then we measured each ingredient and added them to the container. We were very lucky to have a bread machine to mix everything for us and bake it as well. After 2 hours the bread was done and we took it out to cool so that after lunch we were able to have a wee extra snack. Yum!
