The first P1 topic is called ‘It’s all about me!’
We are learning about all the things we can do with our bodies and what our senses are for. In PE today we went on a special cosmic yoga adventure to learn all about our senses. We were able to watch and follow instructions to make all sorts of different shapes with our bodies. We showed amazing concentration and had a special relaxation session at the end where we lay still and concentrated on our breathing.
