Today the boys and girls of Primary Five had lots of fun carrying out practical ‘Measures’ outside. We got very creative drawing clocks with chalk and making the hands with leaves and twigs. This helped to consolidate our knowledge of ‘Time’ in a fun and interactive way. We also used metre sticks to draw lines of various lengths. Our class took part in the ‘Times Table Rockstar’ challenge and Mr Smyth was very impressed with the children’s recall of their tables. All of these activities will help us prepare for the Halloween assessments later this week.
