As part of our Literacy work we have been looking at magazine articles that described daring adventures.
We wrote our own magazine articles and discussed how you would find out the information if you were working for the magazine.
We worked on interview and questioning techniques to discover the best way to find out the information we needed.
As a warm up the children took part in a Hotseat Activity, the children were only allowed to ask closed questions to discover the object, character or thing that they were. The children developed their speaking and listening skills and many successfully identified their mystery hotseat identity.
