Nursery Mince Pie Morning!

16th Dec 2025

We had such a lovely morning with the boys and girls in our nursery class and their families.  The children were tasked with spreading some Christmas cheer and our large audience of parents and grandparents agreed that they certainly did that!  We had a surprise when we came in this morning.  Our elf, Twinkle, left us a note to say that he would also be in the hall to watch us!  When we arrived over, he had got himself a front row seat beside Mrs Birt!  We sang five festive tunes.  We had song words and lots of actions.  We even added instruments in to our last song!  They sang their hearts out.  We then came back over to nursery.  The children were treated to juice and sweets for all their hard work and the adults got some refreshments too!  Thank you to Declan in Centra for organising the delicious mince pies!  We had some Christmas crafts for everyone to complete.  We made Melting Snowmen biscuits, Christmas crackers and reindeer food for Christmas Eve.  There were also pictures to colour in and decorate.  It was a lovely morning.  Thank you to everyone who took time out of their schedule at such a busy time of the year to join us!  The boys and girls were little superstars!  Happy Christmas everyone!
