Ten pupils from Primary 7; 5 boys and 5 girls; attended the North Down and Ards Indoor Athletics competition in the new Blair Mayne Health and Well-being Centre, Newtownards today. It was competition of a very high standard with 20 schools competing. Our pupils excelled in a number of different disciplines, including sprint, long race, speed bounce, long jump, hurdles and throw. It was a great opportunity for our pupils to compete with others from different schools with Eanna finishing third overall place in the Sprint final. Well done to those selected and we look forward to other opportunities, coming up in the remainder of the year, for all of our P7 pupils to avail of.
