Neurodiversity Support Group
The South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust Multi-Disciplinary Team, based in Portaferry Surgery, is currently exploring interest in establishing a local Neurodiversity Support Group for the community.
In partnership with the National Autistic Society and local organisations, this initiative aims to create a welcoming and supportive space where individuals and families can come together, share experiences, and access advice and guidance around neurodiversity.
Local community members are invited to attend an informal session to find out more, have a chat, and help shape what this support group could look like. These sessions will take place at St Patrick’s Community Centre, Portaferry on:
- Monday 29 June at 6.30pm
- Wednesday 1 July at 11.00am
This is a valuable opportunity to help build a community-led support network that reflects the needs of local families.
