Today we had a visit from the lovely Lynda-Jayne from Music Bugs. There was lots of singing and dancing going on in Nursery. We started off with the Music Bugs Hello Song. We got to choose two instruments to keep for the work shop. We used these for the Shake Song. We then had to use our listening ears to know when to stop playing the instruments. Next we got colourful pom-poms for Shake your Sillies Out and Wiggle Waggle Freeze. Our next song was Stand Up, Sit Down which used lots of energy! We had great fun doing Five Little Ducks. There were ducks everywhere! We got a special glove to sing Five Little Speckled Frogs. We used puppets for Old MacDonald and Incy Wincy Spider. We used a special item for the Sharing Song and loved looking out for all the different things that were coming around. Lynda Jayne brought out a bubble machine which made us very happy. We had another go with our instruments again for the Play and Stop song and finished off with the Music Bugs Bye Bye song. We had so much fun. Lynda Jayne was really impressed with our listening, singing and dancing. She gave us special stickers! It was a great workshop!
