Today P7 had their first “Healthy Me” workshop.
This fun six-week workshop will be led by Stevie from Our Generation, working together with Action Mental Health and Ulster University. Pupils will learn about their thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a safe and supportive way, helping them build confidence and look after their mental wellbeing.
