Primary Five really enjoyed ending their ‘Mighty Me’ topic with some lovely artwork and practical measuring. The pupils worked in groups to create a life size model of the human digestive system.
We also linked in the area of ‘Length’ to our topic. The class enjoyed working in pairs to carry out practical measuring from exploring armspan to head circumference. We have been very lucky to make so many cross curricular connections.
Both Mr Smyth and Mr Gilchrist have been very impressed with the progress that Primary Five have made. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the parents for their support. Have a lovely and safe Halloween everyone!
