The team at Mathletics headquarters have decided to run their ‘Mathletics Summer Challenge’ again this year. Mathletics is such a fantastic way to help maintain your child’s standards in Numeracy and Maths, work on areas which need improvement and celebrate successes along the way. Each week during the summer challenge, boys and girls who already have a Mathletics username and password can access the usual array of activities in the ‘Explore’ and ‘Play’ sections of the program. They can create exciting avatars and gain wonderful Maths skills when they work on ‘Rainforest Maths’, ‘Live Mathletics’, ‘Multiverse’ and ‘Play Paws’. All these parts of the program develop essential knowledge of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, time, shape, measures, data handling and problem-solving in a fun interactive way. There are parent videos in ‘Parent Tours’ and an endless stream of downloadable, printable Mathletics workbooks available for use at home if you click on ‘Workbooks’ within your child’s Mathletics page too.
