We, as a school, are delighted to confirm that we have renewed our subscription for the Mathletics programme for another year. Mrs O’Neill, our Numeracy Co-ordinator has reported that there has been an even greater uptake of Mathletics at home and in school by our pupils, which reinforces our decision to renew as more pupils are availing of this excellent learning resource. We are delighted to also confirm that, from September until mid February, P3-P7 pupils have achieved 508 Bronze certificates, 85 Silver certificates and 5 amazing Gold certificates. 7,043 Mathletics activities have now been completed with pupils scoring 844,380 Mathletics Curriculum points and 141,137 ‘Live Maths’ points. Activity usage at home now matches that in school which is wonderful news in anticipation of ‘World Maths Day’ on 8th March. Well done to all pupils, parents, teachers and assistants for continuing to help make Mathletics a great success!
Mathletics will continue to be available for all P3-P7 pupils over the mid-term break. Why not explore Mathletics’ vast array of tasks, quests, Live Maths, Rainforest Maths, Times Tables Toons videos, Play Paws or even Multiverse with your child as they continue to develop essential Numeracy and Mathematics skills on their learning journey.
