Primary 5 took a trip to Portaferry library this morning where Gemma the librarian held a flight workshop. We had an enjoyable morning learning lots of facts about Amelia Earhart, Bessie Coleman and Charles Lindbergh using fact sheets and encyclopaedia's. We then had to report back to the rest of the class some facts we learnt. Library members got to browse, pick some books and check them out.
