We are delighted to show you our wonderful sensory garden, right outside The Meadow classrooms. This exciting project involved planting a diverse array of edible herbs, fragrant plants and vibrantly coloured flowers - transforming the area into a haven of tranquility and natural beauty. Our students have worked really hard with this project, embracing the experience with enthusiasm. The goal was not only to cultivate a sensory garden, but also a space where our children could connect with nature, find calmness and engage in mindful meditation. The sensory garden will provide a perfect setting for reflection and will allow the children to focus on nature. As a Royal Horticultural Society Level 5 school, we recognise the value this gardening space has on our mental health and positivity. As the plants grow, we will keep you updated on the progress.
