As well as some relaxing music and colouring in, connecting with the school community at assembly and filling out our learning journals, P3 today went outside to explore. We started by locating natural and man made materials in the play ground. Then we got into groups and collected as many things as we could find into our trays. In our groups, we then sorted the items into natural and man made before investigating them using our magnifying glasses. We discovered that there were very few man made things that we could collect and we were happy about that because it meant there wasn't any litter. All the children enjoyed how the items looked so different through the magnifying glass.
