We would like to present our newly elected Eco Council members for the 2023/24 academic year.
Mr Smyth was very impressed with all of the speeches and he would like to thank everyone who put themselves forward for the elections.
Our topics for this year are Energy, Waste, Travel and Marine. We will be commencing our first topic of ‘Energy’ next week with our ‘Power Down Wednesday’ initiative. This will take place each Wednesday in an effort to improve our School’s energy rating.
In addition to this, we will be embarking on a new whole school ‘Active Travel Programme’ in conjunction with Sustrans. We hope to introduce this programme after Christmas. More details on this new scheme will follow.
