Mrs Breen had a concerned phonecall from Jessie from Blaney’s shop this morning. Dash the Elf from the shop had gone missing and was seen running along the shore front! He wanted P1 to search the school and see if they could find the missing elf, and promised us all a special present if we found Dash.
We looked everywhere in our classroom, play area, the playground, the assembly hall and eventually found the rascal in the dinner hall! He must have known it was Christmas dinner day and maybe wanted to sample some delicious turkey… Mrs Breen phoned Jessie let him know that Dash was safe and well, and he was so pleased he gave all the P1s a bubble wand to make giant bubbles!!
