As part of the 10th celebrations of the Daily Mile, our P5 class participated in a special daily mile activity in school on Thursday. Our P7 class set out a track on the school field and calculated that each pupil must complete 10 laps of the track to record a mile. Boys and girls were invited to walk or run part of these laps and they each recorded each other’s completed laps. There were great shouts of encouragement by all and we are delighted that each pupil successfully completed the challenge. We hope to continue to implement this important initiative throughout the rest of this term in school.
